In IAP 2.0, refreshed the user interface and making it easier to interact with the system with the facilities. Improved user experience to open products quicker. Implemented lots of validation in frontend and backend which reduce mistakes / cost. Reduce customer pain which potentially caused by mistakes made when opening product.

Supporting documents can be uploaded to the service through a secure online portal and customers can call a team of specialists if they have any questions or concerns.
