• Financing for OTHER Banks or Institutions it is generally providing working capital for the market legends based on the Value and goods shipments.
• We will provide the financing as per the agreed rate of interest and Date of Financing along with our policy and guidelines like sanction screen, goods durability, etc
• Preparing swift Tracer reminder for int and principle prior to the maturity

B) Worked in Trade Finance Operations for Refinancing Reimbursement Team (Banker Acceptance)

• Handling MT740 And MT742 messages staging in our system
• Compliance Screening the parties involved in the message and workability before financing the activities
• Refinancing is done based on the agreement with Issuing bank standard instruction using SOFRA Rates
• Contacting Country RM's for any query clarification before proceeding the Transactions and provide the required details to RM's
• Seeking the approval country wise like CORS, Product Manager, Trade Risk Mgnt Team based on the Value and Nature of the transactions

C) Worked in Trade Finance Operations for Documentary Collection Team

• Both the side Import and Export will be handled Knowledge in staging the product once the scanning is done in overseas counter end to end process is handled
• Ensuring all parties related to the trade are properly screened while staging time
• Handling Customer Queries and Complains and resolve within the time frame
• Handling Import and Export Documentary, collections and standard loan payment processing using SWIFT messages.(MT103 and MT202 Series)
• Knowledge in wire of fund assigning to subject Reference from Raw data on daily basis
• Financing for Draft (bill of exchange ) for hand full customers
• Replying to 199/299 after view of the message received
• Mentoring new joiners and providing them on job training
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports using excel as main tool
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and complete the assigned task
• Seeks out and willingly undertakes new challenges, responsibilities/assignments.

• Working in Trade Finance Operations, payments Dept
• Handling International Import and export trade with different countries mainly for Australia and New Zealand and other Asia pacific regions like Singapore, Hong Kong and USA
• Screening all the trade related documents e.g
• Export and Import doc - Bill Of Lading, Invoices , Bill Of Exchange, Insurance Other Shipment Documents and also Collection Payment documents
• Only after Screening is done payments gets released
• Knowledge in Automation compliance Screening the documents and also in payments automations
• Ensuring all parties related to the trade are properly screened using World check search and OTL (Object Trade Line)
• Handling Customer Queries and Complains and resolve within the time frame
• Handling Import and Export Documentary credits payments, collections and standalone payment processing using SWIFT messages.(MT103 and MT202 Series)
• Verification and releasing of trade finance payment
• Internal RTGS (Australia) and SCP (New Zealand)
• Knowledge in letter of credits
• Processing loans for Pre Shipment and Post Shipment loans
• Financing for doc exam stage and finance for seller finance and Warehouse financing
• Payments for Assignee as per instruction from Beneficiary (Assignments Pay or activities)
• Knowledge in 799 /999 usually for accepting the draft and making any charges remittance
• Running Nostro report for client settlements and remit as per the instructions and debit and credit the VOSTRO accounts
• Also have knowledge in Part liquidations and Roll over activities
• Rebooking the loans with the latest amendments like amount ,currency, maturity dates etc.
