· Purchase order entry, vendor payment/Accounts payables preparation based on credit terms.

· Purchase return (PR) process if any.

· Outstanding reports/Accounts Receivablesprocess.

· Posting Payments (Receipt vouchers entry) and bank procedures.

· Monthly Payroll Administration Process from UNIS MANAGER or ERP system.

· Posting attendance (late/medical leaves/parental leaves/annual leaves/privilege leaves) with remarks.

· Handling petty cash, miscellaneous purchases and organizing meetings.

· Documentation/Filing of all the works done in ERP.
