  • Presently working at Dhenkanal Branch and Making cooperation with 18 nos of operation executive in my Region/State for any type of issues.
  • Responsible for Scrutiny, Login, Under Writing and Issuance of new applications in the branch.
  • Responsible for Lead generation, Cross Selling and Conversion of New Policies from branch Walkin and renewal calling customers to achieve my WRP Target.
  • Responsible for achieving more than 110% Branch Renewal Collection with 87% persistency and New Business Coversion
  • Underwriting the proposals according to the various guidelines in the branch level.
  • Making Policy Issuance of the Non-Medical Proposals up to Sum Assured of Rs.10 Lacks at Branch level in decentralized mode.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team for “Call for Requirement” cases like medicals, Cheque Bounce or other documentation so that the cases are not been stuck.
  • Providing various after sales services to the clients like alterations, renewals, fund change etc,Cross Selling,Lead generation with New Business Conversion.
  • Processing all types of Claims, Maturity, Surrender at branch & follow up with the HO for their early settlement.
  • Generating Pay In Slip & Pay In Slip Control Statement at the end of the day after tallying with the actual Instrument for CMS banking.
  • Maintaining the auditable issues and updated documentation for the audit and quality.
  • Imparting training to Sales Team on AML Guidelines, documentation, forms filling and also underwriting.
  • Providing various Reports to HO and Regional Office, also maintaining various dashboards and trackers of the Branch. Acting as a “SPOC” for various reporting.
  • Responsible for checking of the new advisor recruitment forms & online data entry at Branch level for Code generation till Licensing.
  • Responsible for Daily updation of Branch attendance in online site & “SPOC” for all HR related issues at Regional Level like New Joining, Salary Query, Employee Mapping, Employee Code generation etc.
  • Responsible for all Operational, HR, IT & Administrative work for the branch office.
