  • Lloyds Bank, UK – Managed various projects related to insurance products (Pensions, Investments, life insurance, general insurance etc..) for a leading UK based financial services group.
  • International Applications Program – Lead various projects related to Mobile Application Development (Money2India, M2IEurope, iMobile UK, iMobile Canada, Overseas Remittance, NRI One etc.) for a Leading Bank in India.
  • Creation of in-house archival platform for legacy Notes data - Managed the development of a new in-house Solution (NAAT Tool) for archiving the historic data and purge based on the necessary criteria to reduce storage and support costs.
  • Rollout of a major email client for the end users across US - Managed multiple phases of a long term project to rollout a major release of email client to the end users of the firm. Coordinated among different projects which were initiated to rectify affected applications. Assisted in the pilot rollout to key groups and eventually to the end users and monitored the progress.
  • Infrastructure Upgrade - DB Maintenance across the Firm and Network - Managed a global team and planned the DB upgrades for a major client in US and neighbouring territories as per new licensing requirements and security upgradation.
  • Performance Achievement - Devised a solution in Python to overcome the performance delay in the legacy application. It helped in managing and exporting the user addresses and groups in an efficient way for the recipient verification process (SMTP Proofpoint). There was a significant cost saving, 80% time saved, reduction in project completion time and reusability of the scripts in other territories / domains too.
  • Upgrading Lotus Notes Clients – Managed the Notes 9 upgrade across the firm for a leading client in US. Coordinated with the support teams for updating the affected applications accordingly.
  • Implementation of an email archival system for the client – Assessment of existing environment, analysis of third-party solution, procurement activities, proof of concept, build, testing and rollout.
  • Portal Migration – Provided guidance to the team for Creation of a dynamic informational portal for the Surety Insurance Company in US.
  • Application Support – Lead an Application Support Team for a world’s leading taste and nutrition company in Europe. Ensured compliance to Project SLAs.
  • Rapid Application Development Model – Created a QuickStrike group for providing powerful solutions using Lotus Notes applications and it helped in achieving high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
