Access Control Management:

• Oversee and manage alarms within the access control system, including unauthorized access alarms, tailgating alerts, and door-forced-open alarms.
• Assign access cards to employees, ensuring proper authorization and compliance with security protocols.
• Regularly monitor access control systems to detect unauthorized access, prevent tailgating, and mitigate other security threats.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with door locks, controllers, electronic access devices, and wiring. Regularly check and verify the camera retention period to ensure compliance with security policies and legal requirements.

Audit and Reporting:

• Generate and review daily audit trail reports to track access events, alarm triggers, and overall system performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of communications, events, incidents, and system activity.
• Initiate incident reports and work orders for security or operational incidents that require follow-up or escalation.

Monitoring & Alarm Systems:

• Continuously monitor security alarms, including:
• Fire alarms: Detecting smoke, heat, or other signs of fire to ensure quick response and evacuation.
• Door alarms: Triggered by unauthorized access or tampering with doors and locks.
• Duress alarms: Activated by employees or security personnel in cases of personal threat or distress.
• Intruder alarms: Triggered by unauthorized entry, motion detection, or security breaches in protected areas.
• Panic alarms: For emergency situations where immediate assistance is required.
• Ensure proper response to alarm system malfunctions to maintain a continuous and secure operational environment.
• Provide real-time assistance to employees, vendors, and guests by responding to emergency and routine calls.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and Security Alarm Systems (fire, door, duress, intruder, panic).

Emergency Response & Coordination:

• Respond promptly to life safety incidents, including medical emergencies, safety hazards, and natural disasters.
• Dispatch security officers, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), police, fire, EMS, and facilities personnel as needed, coordinating via telephone and radio. Effectively manage communications and escalations for critical situations, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed, and appropriate actions are taken.

Database & User Management:

• Ensure proper database management by regularly verifying user credentials, access permissions, and access levels within the access control system.
• Review and manage discrepancies in access rights or system malfunctions to maintain a secure and functional environment.

System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Regularly monitor the health of all systems, addressing any hardware or software issues within the access control, CCTV, and security alarm infrastructure.
• Perform system tests, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on security alarm systems to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.
• Escalate critical issues that require specialized support, ensuring system uptime and compliance with security standards.

• Access Control - To ensure smooth access for employees, contract workers, vehicles, and materials in and out with proper frisking and checking. ∙
• Emergency Responder - Responding to fire, medical, traffic incidents, and IR issues, timely reporting the incident and investigating further. ∙
• Safety and Security Check - To conduct random safety and security checks at gates and critical work locations giving tool box talks on daily basis.
• Patrolling - To carry out patrolling of the premises and boundary wall, and recording observations.
• Report/MIS - To prepare daily security reports, MIS reports.
• Material Management - To ensure that materials in and out of the premises are accompanied by proper documents, and to ensure the timely dispatch of products. Keeping a strict vigil for theft, pilferage, parking, and all necessary documents to regularly check the time cycle of dispatch vehicles and security entries.
• Security Drill/Exercise - To conduct security mock drills to assess the response time and level of preparedness of all stakeholders and to fill the loopholes. Sharing all points of action in the debriefing session, along with the ERT team and all the stakeholders. ∙
• Counseling - To ensure proper counseling regarding safety, security, and traffic violators. Cases like impersonation, intoxication, involvement in theft, scuffling, tailgating, overspeeding, being without an ID card, not wearing PPEs, and working without a permit, etc.
• Automation - To ensure all automation gadgets, like boom barriers, turnstiles, IDS, fire panels, thermal scanners, and dome/bullet cameras, are in working condition and to prepare a daily report about their status.
• Training - To conduct training for security personnel regarding, Evacuation procedure, Safety, Dock procedure, email, and various security function. Investigation - To carry out an investigation of property loss, theft, sabotage, and any other investigations as per the management's requirements.
• CCTV Surveillance - To carry out CCTV surveillance of all warehouse locations, docks, access doors, emergency doors, periphery walls, etc.
• Incident reporting - involves carrying out investigations of incidents, conducting post-incident investigations, making incident reports, and reporting incidents. ∙
• Visitor Management - To direct operations of Security practices and regulations in organization for entry of visitors and their material.
• Documentation - Ensuring the smooth running of security operations, implementation of rules, procedures, and managing the security operations of the organization.
