• Quality Improvement: Improved die design quality through shop floor feedback integration, preparation of Quality Management (QM) sheets, and implementation of effective countermeasures.
• Process Standardization: Authored detailed design manuals and contributed to the standardization of modeling processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Team Contribution: Earned a 'Team Check NG' rating by maintaining data integrity and minimizing design feedback loops.
