Role: Senior Support Engineer | MES Junior Business Analyst

  • Supported Industry 4.0 implementation and stabilized production lines during MES go-live by providing real-time shop-floor support to operators and engineers.
  • Gathered and analyzed business requirements; prepared TFS/FDS, workflows, and impact analysis, and coordinated with developers for accurate implementation.
  • Validated manufacturing data (scan transactions, Stores In/Out, scrap/pass) and ensured synchronization between MES and SAP systems.
  • Designed and implemented OEE monitoring (downtime, availability, performance) using PLC tags thorough kepware and manual stations; executed pilot line and expanded across production areas.
  • Conducted functional, API, regression, and UAT testing; created test cases and managed build lifecycle (QA → UAT → Production).
