1. Lead Management and Test ride booking System (Sales Cloud):

We have created the lead management system using sales cloud also created test ride booking system using lightning schedular and field service lightning Tech stack: CTI integration,creation of custom rest api,appointment booking through api and lightning schedular,apex classes,triggers,reports and dashboards,platform events.

2. Customer 360 (Service Cloud):

We have created the after service system here using the service cloud.I have Worked On Reports And Dashboard, Case Management System,Einstein Analytics, Data Migration To Production, Deployment Using Changesets

3.Rental System:

We have Created a rental system for one of our client .they usually rent out their products in US. tech stacks for this project is : Lightning Web Component,Screen Flows, Api Integration with third party, Ui Design Using Slds, Mobile Devlopment ,Apex,Triggers, Platform Events, Admin Configuration with Security Setup. Data Migration.

📘 CAP:(Customer Application Portal):

Description: This application is about to onboard a new customer/Dealer for to sell our client’s products in particular area.we have build-ed a custom system in Salesforce using community cloud to onboard dealers.

Roles and responsibilities- I was leading the development team here so my responsibilities was to understand the requirement in requirement gathering phase and also created the BRD for this project and took care of all development related activities like assigning tasks to the team including me, communicating with clients also involved in architecture related activities . We have used lwc and community cloud for this project.

• I have Worked on a one of fully customized system here. where we have used LWC,Aura,Apex, Triggers, Platform Events, Created Api which will be called from External System. we also used Sales Cloud for this project.
• Built automated workflows, triggers, and processes using Apex classes and Visualforce pages.
• Created customized reports and dashboards to track sales performance metrics.
• Designed user interfaces for Salesforce applications with Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
• Integrated third-party applications with Salesforce using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other web services technologies.
