• Led team of 7 QA Engineers at Philips, overseeing day-to-day activities, including scheduling ongoing Sprints and Releases, ensuring adherence to product specifications, meeting deadlines, and maintaining quality standards.
• Analyze and assign User stories to QA team members, monitoring day-to-day execution progress of Sprint activities for Content PAL, PPL, & PCP tracks.
