- Identified suitable and compatible PCPs as per well service activities.
- Performed RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) of failed pre-mature PCPs with different suppliers / manufacturers & conclude with possible recommendation to improve the PCP run life.
- Coordinated with multiple overseas suppliers for performance analysis of installed PCPs and to optimize pump to maintain required operating envelope.
- Updated ALS central database which includes PCP Test bench reports, Factory Test Bench Reports, pulled out Inspection reports, Borescope photos.
- Maintained all technical documents / datasheets for every capacity of PCPs from different suppliers.
- Studied technical feasibility of Alternate ALS (Rod-less for highly deviated and low influx CBM wells).
