Summary : Nationwide was a Building Society and now this is a Bank. Nationwide provides all kinds of facilities a bank you provide. Internet Banking, Banking Apps Third party Provider, Loans etc. We have couple of Applications, domains and I was managing the delivery of Open Banking, EveryDay Banking, different consumers.

• Managing a team of 20 Plus Automation testers for Middleware API testing (IIB, Java, Ace services), Outside of Delivery manage around 40 testers in terms of QA process and support
• Identifying, developing and implementing QA processes and procedures, Building Competent team and successful timely delivery of Projects
• Leading and team co-ordination in an onsite-offshore model
• Evaluating risks and providing impact analysis along with alternate solutions to mitigate risks
• Leading multiple projects/applications with multiple teams and Successful delivery
• Preparation of POAP, Involvement through the entire process from Requirements to the Production Release,
• Collaborating with Business Analyst/Product owners for product requirement clarification
• Conducting Test Design, Test Planning, Test Execution (ST) and Participating in Test Case reviews, Coordinating with different phases of testing teams ST, SIT, NFT to ensure smooth delivery on time
