Roles and Responsibilities.

• Identifying the approved supplier and performing the supplier evaluation.
• Understanding the customer drawing requirements and flowing down the RFQ to the supplier.
• Validation the Quote from supplier & comparing with Budget Price.
• Developed strong relationships with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms for the company.
• Raising the PO to the L1 supplier against the Quote Price & flow down the Customer drawing requirements.
• Follow up with supplier to get the status of machining as well as surface treated process.
• Monitoring effective procurement schedules with supplier to meet OTD delivery dates.
• Strategic Planning and allocation of work to get OTD.
• Performing the supplier Audit and Monitoring the supplier Performance.
• Planning and procuring of raw material as per procurement strategies which are aligned with organizational goals and processing subcontracting part with the supplier to streamline the production orders.
• Sharing the monthly & yearly material forecast plan to supplier to process to raw material at supplier end for seamless supply chain.
• Processes Purchase Requisition, Purchase change order, requesting for quote to suppliers and communicating regularly with direct conversation, Email and Teams Meetings.
• Take initiatives for cast saving by developing alternative source for raw material, outsourcing Activities.
• Worked with the Engineering department and corresponding sub-tier during the implementation and execution of engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Orders follow-up, Order confirmation delivery approves payments, and maintains necessary records.

• E2E order management, BPR (enablement), and shipping control functions of EMEIA, PAC, and AMR regions.
• Expert in Test case design/Test scripts and test data preparation and User.
• Story creation with reference to Project Requirements.
• Uploaded all the Test Cases in JIRA ticketing tool.
• Completed application testing and ensured all the parameters are met as per the requirement.
• See the IDOC Status and resolving errors occurred for IDOC.
• Reviewed, analyzed test results and prepared detailed reports.
• With SIT report, shared knowledge with key user/client.
• Supported User acceptance testing (UAT) discussing with the key user/client.
• Involved in regression Testing.
• Strong analytical knowledge on the business requirements.

• Customization of PO output determination.
• Organizational assignments in Material Master.
• Performed testing on Business cycles such as procure to pay (P2P).
