Overview: SmartCampus is an end-to-end SaaS solution designed to optimize ticket management at scale. It integrates IoT monitoring with NLP-driven ticket creation in JIRA, automated ticket assignment, issue resolution recommendations for agents, and a Generative AI-based chatbot for Facility Managers to create tickets from their mobile phones.

Tools and Frameworks:

• NLP Techniques: Utilized Spacy for Named Entity Recognition (NER) and fine-tuned BERT model for ticket classification.
• Data Pipelines: Employed Apache Airflow for efficient data processing.
• RAG System: Implemented with Elasticsearch and LLama2 LLM model for issue resolution recommendations.
• Generative AI Chatbot: Created to enable Facility Managers to create tickets via mobile phones.
• Cloud Deployment: Deployed on Azure using Azure Kubernetes Services for scalability and reliability.
