Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and development of cable harness, AC Box design and Schematic using Zuken E3s electrical toolset.
• Ownership of Electrical Design.
• Identified specific cables, connectors, fuses, circuit breakers and other electrical devices required for installation of monitoring systems and weapons detection systems.
• Evaluated installed electrical equipment and systems to isolate faults and implement corrective actions.

• Performed all necessary electrical calculation to confirm design and generate solution based electrical design.
• Create electrical drawings using Zuken E3s toolset.
• Component selection like contactors, circuit breakers, control relay, terminals, wires, cables, cable glands, VFD, load cells and etc.
• Special cranes feature like sway control, snag prevention, slack rope prevention, catch release function and crane tandem.
• Technical support for special cranes like low temperature(-40deg.), high temperature(+60deg.), dusty, humidity, Galva and corrosive.
• Consulting specialists across organization in providing pertinent answers to client's questions, integrate inputs from diverse source and enhancing proposal information.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leveraged mastery of AutoCAD Electrical Toolset to develop and document electrical schematics.
• Identified specific cables, fuses and circuit breakers required for assigned installations.
• Prepare and verify BOM, preparing technical documents and manuals etc.
• Heading department with 6 technicians of team and preparing team goals, programme execution planning, reporting team matrices to daily and weekly bases to director.
• Erection and commissioned E.O.T cranes of different capacities & special types of various major clients like ISRO, BARC, NPCIL, HAL, TVS, JSW, SABIC.
• Provided on-site engineering and technical services during installation and fielding processes.
• Performed maintenance procedures and repairs on existing electrical products and systems.
• Read and analyzed blueprints and project documentation to develop workflows and strategy.
• Prepared budgets by estimating materials, labor and construction costs.
