Presently working with L&T Construction Bangalore as a Senior Engineer at Plant and machinery Department. Hands on experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all construction equipment like concrete pump, Batching plant, Boom placer, Transit mixer, power generators and cranes and electrical equipment etc. Expertise in managing maintenance operations for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment. An enterprising leader with proven dexterity in leading and directing personnel towards accomplishment of a common goal. Talent for proactively identifying & resolving problems, ramping up project activities with on time deliverables and maximizing productivity. Operations:

Ø Deploy the machines at various location with required operators

Ø Condition and continuous monitoring of the equipment and take preventive action if required.

Ø Ensure the safe operation of the equipment and be present during significant task at major equipment erection, heavy loading and unloading works at site.

Maintenance and repair:

Ø Plan and carry out the periodical maintenance on the equipment as per OEM recommends and site condition.

Ø Check the availability of required spares and consumables at store and maintain the minimum spares stock level to avoid downtime.

Ø Continuous monitoring of the health of the equipment and recording its operation parameters.

Ø Repair planning and execution as per priority and ensure the quality of repair.

Ø Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability.

Management information system

Ø Ensure the availability of up-keeping manual and technical details of the machineries.

Ø Analyzing the equipment wise operating cost. Updating the daily activity, repairs, breakdowns and RTA details in Asset management system.

Ø Responsible for effective and efficient maintenance ISO 9001:2008 QMS at site.
