- Initially Handled Planning Department for FRFCF Excavation Project in Kalpakkam
- A total of 44 lakh cum of excavation was done including 3 lakh cum of hard rock blasting using controlled blast method.
- Backfilling of 38.5 Lakh cum of backfilling was done in layered inside the building structures in coordination with construction contractor like M/s L & T , M/s HCC and M/s TPL.
- Responsible for coordinating with Subcontractor for resource mobilization, and monitoring progress of Excavation project.
- Responsible for Submission of DPR , Weekly progress reports , planned vs achieved and other letters to client.
- Responsible for coordinating with head office for resource requirement and other MIS document Submission
- Backfilling works were successfully completed in Dec 2020
- Subsequently worked as Deputy Project Manager in the Construction works of Fuel Reprocessing Plant (FRP) Block -1 & 2 in Kalpakkam.Handled the project fully with client coordination and daily meetings with client for progress of work on day to day basis.
- Achieved a Major Concrete of raft of 7200 cum RCC in a single pour involving 3 placers and 2 stationery pumps which was first of its kind in DAE history.
- Project Scope involves concrete of 1.34 lakh cum , formwork of 2.12 lakh sq.m and rebar of 30,000 MT.
- Currently Coordinating with client for handing over of finished rooms in FRP Block 1 and also coordinating for submission Construction completion documents and final bill related works.
