Business Ops Associate-4 is team leader role responsible for deliver : design, delivery and supporting various integrations across all functions and various SAP and other technologies (roll out from legacy).

• Work with business and functional teams to translate requirements in appropriate solution, define and design technical architecture, breakdown the technical work package, estimate and develop plan for its delivery, develop, conduct appropriate quality reviews, test and document the solution as well as troubleshoot support incidents when needed.
• Demonstrate technology on various integration platform and integration development space by leading efforts towards technology roadmap for integration area, bringing best in class development standards and practices by creating scalable, reusable, maintainable, secured integration solutions.

Started as Clipper, FoxPro, VisualBasic, Oracle Developer to build an DMS application that organization needs.

Later I am assigned to an implementation team to assist my capital client in implementing DMS software. To work closely with the Solutions Architect, Business Heads (Management) and be tasked with suggesting solutions and analyzing Materials, Finance & Sales data for implementation.

• Developing detailed solution designs from business requirements
• Shaping requirements both with our onshore team and directly with our clients to underpin effective, deliverable solutions
