  • Main Job Responsibility Areas: : Responsible for electrical & Automation Maintenance for Tire build (assembling) shop and manage the new Michelin technology projects implementation activities independently and lead the group of 25 engineers to Analysis and trouble shoot the problems on Tire manufacturing Process machines. Environment:  Managing the spare parts inventory and Preventive Maintenance activities thru IBM-MAXIMO software.  Considering safety and arranging the PPE's and safety procedures for installation team and maintenance team.  Manage the shift activities and reducing the down time in tire assembling shop machines. Playing vital role in shop for technical expert for maintenance of the assigned equipment’s. Solving the rubber Product quality issues and Process issues and improve the productivity & implementation of evolution Request. Continuous improvement like kaizen for the equipment maintenance processes.  HMI screen modification in AB-PANELVIEW- 1500 process requirement and firmware updation.  Program updation and backup for Allen Bradley (CONTROL LOGIX, COMPACT LOGIX, GUARD LOGIX, SLC) Plc’s.  Responsible for Plant robots AMC &Program modification in M900i-FANUC (6 axis) & Spares Mgmt.  Conversant use of maintenance management software’s and updation in ORACLE.  Servo/VFD & DC drives parameter updating for process requirement in POWERFLEX, KINETIX, UNIDRIVE, SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER MV DRIVES.  Coordinate with IBM servers and supporting for FACTORY LAN, ASSET CENTER implementation.  Performing monthly, weekly Preventive maintenance as per planning & scheduling of methods and equipment control, maintenance utilizing and metrology tools.  Teaching, & modification of ABB-IRB 4600 &260 (4&6 Axis) model robot envelop area for Tire spray coating m/c  Utility Maintenance experience in chillers, AHU, Generators, compressors, cooling, Pneumatic lines, UPS, Servers, Transformer, ACB, SF6 Breakers.  Performed timely electrical system installation of conduit, wire, power distribution and motor controls.  Planned layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on specifications and applicable code.  Tested electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using various testing devices.  Support Audit management & maintained clean, safe working environments, minimizing risk to staff and visitors  Inspected electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and repair requirements.  Consistently met quality control standards through thorough inspections of completed electrical works and maintain PPE Safety standard.  Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify  resolve issues with electrical systems, chillers, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical equipment.
