CitiBank UAE -Commercial Cards (Customer Service & Quality) & Quality team is part of Investigating and responding to the customer query and needs of Citibank UAE Clients through Email and Online channels and also catering to the MIS needs of accounts globally. The team supports various Clients of Citibank UAE by preparing and presenting reports and dashboards for services that include Account Performance, SLA/KPI Reporting, and Availability Reporting Operations report along with the other account-specific reporting requirements
Citibank UK-Transaction Services Payment production insurance Information request-If the customer is unsure whether or not their account had a Payment production insurance Policy with us and wants to check this, they will make a Payment production insurance information request. Upon receipt of this request, we will check whether or not any of the products they took out with us contained Payment production insurance. Ness (Name Entity Sanction Screening)-checking for name and address change. Partial, full, and percentage matches are done to ensure there is compliance with the payment processing.
