  • Support our Metro site in Testing & Commissioning, warranty Support for Lucknow Metro, Kochi Metro, Delhi Metro and Kolkata metro projects.
  • Planning the corrective maintenance of our products with all sites and close the issue and get it sign off by customer.
  • Planning retrofit activity with our customer and end customer to close without delay in execution.
  • Site Incharge – Responsible for avoiding the ZERO KM NCR’s and independently handling all three projects at customer end (Bangalore Metro, Kolkata Metro and Delhi RS10).
  • Attending Testing & commissioning failures and troubleshooting.
  • Attending Service failures (warranty failures) and troubleshooting as per customer job card.
  • Analyzing the failure of products, like Automatic passenger’s doors, HVAC, PANTOGRAPH, COUPLER, BRAKES units, BCE, AGTU, EVR & pneumatic valves and solving the issues along with engineering department.
  • Troubleshooting the problems in our products with help of software tools and giving feedback about the software techniques for fine-tuning the software.
  • Work instruction and troubleshooting manual preparing for all relevant activities/failures.
  • Analyzing the root cause for the problem occurred and reported by customer.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS Successfully developed the first prototype of passenger doors for MRVC train at Mumbai.
  • Successfully developed train level circuit & door operating system and executed the same in trail basis run for two doors system in MRVC trains (Mumbai).
  • Developed an integrated door operator and hanging device mechanism for low-cost door through 3D modeling in Pro-E.
  • Upgraded existing coupler test rig from 60 tons to 150 tons and updated electrical and pneumatic circuits.
  • Executed coupler swagging pressing fixture 250 tons.
