• Worked on ESRS gap assessment for 2 Japanese clients in Financial sector.
• Worked on the solution development in Biodiversity and Nature domain. Have good understanding on TNFD and LEAP frameworks
* Worked with EY Australia Modern Slavery Program, prepared modern slavery questionnaire and assessed companies based on modern slavery risks.
• Worked with EY Australia team for Supply Chain and Modern Slavery internal audit engagement for a metal and recycling client. Identified risks and provided recommendations based on document review, stakeholder interviews and regulatory requirements
• Worked on limited assurance project for a Land registry company
• Worked on updating scoring template for TCFD and ISSB guidance, implementing changes to enhance effectiveness. Assessment and scoring of the final list of companies and reviewing the companies.
Conducted thorough reviews of 150+ companies, evaluating climate-related disclosures and assigning scores based on TCFD and ISSB guidance.
* Worked on sustainability reporting for a telecommunications client in the United Arab Emirates region. Diligently drafted and improved the contents of the sustainability report, ensuring that they met GRI's standards.
* Analyzed the gaps to check on how the GRI and other reporting requirements like SDG are addressed across the sections in the report.
• Climate scenario analysis provided by CCC, UK NZE, FAO, SBTI, UKGBC, IEA, CRREM etc for Agriculture and Commercial Real Estate sectors. Analysed the assumptions and GHG emissions pathway of the scenario providers for a Banking & Financial services client.
* Worked on a legislative overview of the regulations impacting supply chains across the globe. She worked on nearly 30 legislations from different nations that affect the supply chain and human rights.
* Developed a comprehensive Supplier Code of Conduct tailored to meet the needs of a prominent Healthcare client in the UAE. Conducted benchmarking to identify best practices and material topics for the Supplier Code of Conduct by analysing peer companies.
Worked for a Japanese conglomerate to design and implement an Environmental Due Diligence questionnaire for their suppliers. Formulated a set of both general and sector-specific questions within the supply chain.
• Worked with the AMS team for project management on Canvas tool & AOA app. Took care of the documentation and initial project management setups for 4 engagements and worked with the Audit team.
• Conducted Benchmarking of leading practices in responsible sourcing (sustainable procurement) with industry leaders for a real estate company. Developed a market scan of the ESG supplier programs for around 50 companies and identified leading practices for improving supplier performance.
- Worked on Supplier diversity certifications offered by different organizations and classification of the status and mandatory requirements by different countries.
