Providing technical leadership to I&O MF-DB modernization group in executing the Organization objective of Mainframe and DB2 Obsolescence.

• Pivotal role in changing the product offering from "Legacy" to "Modernized Solutions" there by improving ROI
• Establishing vision and leading efforts to create an automated pipeline for DB2 to Cloud migration, enhancing cost efficiency and speed.

Driving the Digital mastery, Tech stack transformation and Work Culture for the product team

• Identifying the right talent with appropriate skills, diverse background and ensuring right degree of inclusion.
• Up-skilling the team from Legacy technologies to modern no-regret skills like AWS, Git/Github/GHA, PostgreS, Docker/Containers, OpenSearch, Prometheus and Grafana etc and there by transforming the tech-stack of the product.
• Creating a high-performing team culture and maximizing employee satisfaction to the highest level.

Working closely with PM/GPM/GEM/BCAC/SM

• In establishing vision, Yearly product goals, establishing quarterly OKRs
• Establishing internal/external scorecard for the product.
• Prioritizing technical stories focused on improvement of quality, security, efficiency and reduction of tech debt
• Implementing industry best practices in technology, product delivery, and Agile methodology, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Effectively managing budgets for the product

• Ensuring labor allocation and non-labor allocations are appropriate for the product
• Ownership of the India cost center budget. Leading the yearly budget forecast and ensuring quarterly revisions are factored in to ensure efficient use of the budget
• Ownership of software licensing (negotiation and maintenance) of vendor products like Fed and Connect

• Scrum Master for R2 Order Fulfilment team in Dealer Systems and Services area
• Primary Responsibilities are: Coaching the team and other key roles on Agile mindset and Scrum
• Ensuring all the scrum events are efficient and able to achieve the intended outcome
• Ensure impediment are removed as fast as possible and if required raise up to action team
