Its scope comprised creating requirement documents, working with tool OEMs, concurring on back-to-back contractual agreements, etc., 2012, Till Date BAU Service Enhancement /In Flight Projects for Global Client based in APAC, EMEA, Engaged as a project manager in various BAU service engagements (Business as Usual or Operational) projects in EMEA & APAC region. These comprised of enhancement to Infrastructure including Technology Refresh such as Storage/Windows/DC Upgrade, and also RFS (Request for Service Adhoc Projects) raised by the customer.
