• Roles and Responsibilities As CSC District Manager:
• Supporting DeGS(District e-Governance Society) in Program management and last mile implementation in all the Gram Panchayats within the respective District Administration.
• Coordinating with State teams, CSC SPV teams and National Team for smooth implementation.
• Working with DeGS for selection of VLEs, CSC locations and enabling factors ensuring smooth operations of CSCs.
• These resources would be the first point of contact for redressing VLEs issues and the issues raised at the Help Desk.
• These resource would facilitate the capacity building and training activities conducted by CSC SPV and State/UT in the district for increasing sustainability of CSCs.
• Co-ordinating with other state/UT department along with state teams for enablement of more services into the CSC platform and integrating existing services/portals in to the universal CSC technological platform.
• Conducting regular field level assessments of CSCs within the district. It is proposed to provide Geo- Tagged application support to these resources for undertaking regular field visits of CSCs within their operational district providing a hand-holding support to VLE.
• Co-ordinating with DeGS for review meetings on implementation progress within the district.
• Supporting DeGS in implementation, decision making and all other activities as assigned by the DeGS.

• Traffic monitoring & analysis for the cells and accordingly implementing the changes to meet the capacity requirements of the network (e.g. TRX addition)
• Analyzing Log files of Drive Tests for Coverage, Quality Problems and Handover Optimization etc.
• DRIVE TEST:
• Physical Testing, Check the Particular sites physically for Sector and cables swap, Orientation, Tilt, Type of Antenna and all Checking in BTS end.
• Drive Test for particular sites to check Rx level, Rx quality, RSCP, EC/NO,RLC Throughputs, Pilot Pollution, IRAT handover failure, swap, interference and Handovers, Coverage distribution of the network.
• Analyzing interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Channel reselections, Rx Quality, Rx level, IRAT handover failure, RSCP, EC/NO, RLC Throughputs, Pilot Pollution, etc. and generating Rx Level & Quality, RSCP, EC/NO Plots using MapInfo.
• Generating Log file Using Drive test tools.
• Measurement of physical parameters like Latitude, Longitude, Azimuth, Tilt, Antenna Height, Tower Height, Antenna Model, BTS Configuration etc.
• Checking GSM network parameter C/A, C/I, Rx-Level, Rx-Quality.
• Handover & Optimization (Like Antenna Azimuth, Tilt height & Frequency Interference on basis of Log file analysis.
