Swiggy – Inventory

• Maintaining 60 lack inventory for Swiggy process.
• Conducting daily stock count and stock consolidation.
• Bifurcation of locations on the basis of category and assignment of the locations to each category based
  on their stock for optimal utilization of space.
• Bifurcation of stock on the basis of same and similar rule so as to avoid wrong picking of items.
• Classification of stock based on their sale i.e. (Fast moving, slow moving and non-moving) and assigning.

• Looking after overall operations of the parking yard (stock inward, outward & Inventory)
