  • Working for Sales Operations helping in Business Enhancement from, KRA as follows:
  • Coordinate with all projects heads and receptionist for walk-in, revisits, OBM and Bookings understanding on daily basis
  • Handling a team in calling all the existing clients in a process to farm valid leads through referral and enrolling qualified clients with the Loyalty Program
  • Project head’s daily report to be checked with help on MIS and ensure sanctity in reporting and numbers are done on weekly and daily basis

  • Visit projects periodically especially during weekends to check and understand the sales experience and sales process is as per standards
  • Visit Done Not Booked (VDNB) customer random check for conversions on weekly basis
  • Coordinate with sales academy team for induction, training and certification of New recruits in sales team
  • Schedule sales review weekly (every Monday at HO) for all projects
  • Maintain MOMs and follow up with respective team/owners for deliverables on committed points and timelines
  • Maintaining Gross to Net Value- deciding on retentions and cancellations
