• Conducting credit risk based analysis; Evaluating parameters based on Financial, Business, Management, Transaction, Collateral and counter party risk.
• Provide Recommendation and risk analysis sheet for large corporates borrower for multiple sector (Manufacturing, Infrastructure, NBFC and Mining.
• Prepare & presents Monthly & quarterly reports in the risk management committee compiling country risk, sector wise, Retail, Fund & Non fund based exposure. Exception report, provision for banks, Early Warning Signal (EWS) and collateral coverage.

• Credit Analysis: Analysis of client business model, industry, management, financial strength, transaction history, credit behavior, and collateral documents. Verifying CMA, credit proposal note.
• Team Handling: As RCM, I am responsible for overseeing the B2B Credit vertical for the entire state. I manage a team of 15 members across various locations in Odisha.
• Reviewing Credit Assessment Memorandum (CAM)of Team members, Conducting credit review and analysis for high value corporate clients. Monitoring portfolio, transactions, and underlying securities, making recommendations, and having an individual DP to approve up to 5 Crs.

• Credit Rating Operation: Preparing Credit Rating proposals of Bank Loans, Bonds, CPs availed/issued by infrastructure developers, large corporates for working capital, general corporate purposes, project financing, investments etc.
• Closely monitoring about the macroeconomic environment, developments in various sectors, govt. regulations, SEBI/RBI guidelines

• Credit Operations: Conducting credit review and analysis for large corporate clients in infrastructure and mining. Credit underwriting and monitoring, preparing credit evaluation reports, evaluating risk in borrower, transaction, and underlying security, and making recommendations.
  Preparing Credit Assessment Memorandum (CAM), Conducting credit review and analysis for asset based loan (Equipment Finance ) in large corporate.

Part of the Rating Team at Chennai, carrying out credit ratings of Large Corporate. Presenting and defending the cases in the rating committees, backed by the research conducted. Preparing rating rationale and credit research report.
