Stability sample management:

1. Preparation of stability protocol.

2. Labeling of stability samples for Incubation.

3. Initiation of stability protocol based on the review of quality events.

4. Responsible daily monitor of stability chamber with respect to temperature,humidity, and cleaning.

5. Responsible for downloading the data from software and printing it. Followed quality standards and procedures to minimize errors.

6. Evaluated quality problems and performed assessments to identify and resolve issues.

7.Improved quality processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure the calibration of all the IPQA instruments
• Responsible for ensuring line clearance before starting of new batch and performing IPQA operations at various stages on manufacturing.
• To check and record the Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Pressure differential on all stages
• Performed technical laboratory functions in compliance with regulatory agencies and safety requirements.
• In process checks of pellets, capsules, DC granules, uncoated or coated tablets as per specifications or SOP
• To Review final BMR & BPR, of Product before the Batch Dispatched
• Sampling of Semi-finished Finished, control sample and stability sample.
