TOS : ACTOS, IPOS, MACH, Dyna Port Operating System basis by CMC
With a proven track record at Adani Ports and SEZ, I excel in vessel and ICD planning, enhancing operational efficiency through expert use of TOS systems like ACTOS and MACH. Skilled in Navis and SPARCS, my strategic planning and coordination have significantly optimized yard management and vessel loading processes.
· Receiving vessel profile from vessel operator and update in the ship editor.
· The receipt of BAPLIE file, MOVINS, Stowage instruction & discharge/load advance list prior vessel arrivals.
· The BAPLIE file in express & check the process status in EDI error column and send discrepancy to VOA, ensure to clear all discrepancy & update all records in the express.
· The MOVINS in Swim & IPOS, check the errors & clear with consultant of VOA.
· To update the start work time, berth side & crane allocation as per game plan provided by the berth co-ordinator.
· Ensure the correct count to discharge/load and number of containers to be restowed.
· Update the Restows with correct POD in MACH.
· Open the TOS & update the maintain work shifts, create work crane list, start sequencing the cranes in the vessel profile window by selecting work queues and assigning to desire crane and adjust the queues for even split or where necessary in the crane work list window.
· Ensure there is no crane clash, over Restows and minimum booming of cranes while sequencing.
· Ensure to plan the discharge/load as per the vessel berthing side, plan twin lift/dual operation wherever possible. Inform to yard process controller that the discharge plan is available for discharge yard review.
· Ensure to take the print for discharge stow plan, scan plan, discharge sequence list, work list, restow list, discharge recap and handover to wharf supervisor to distribute wharf/deck checkers.
· File office copy of discharge plan with crane work list.
· Updation of actual arrival time of vessel in TOS.
· Ensure to plan the vessel as per stowage/MOVINS provided by the VOA and cross check the special stowage OOG, IMDG, REEFER, U/D and stack weights, under deck clearances, IMDG segregation.
· Coordinating with Central planner if any changes or revision is required in stowage plan is required for adjusting the crane split.
· Before starting of vessels loading reconcile the projections with actual load list and there will be no more projections remain after finishing of load planning.
· Check the loading work queues, where necessary to adjust the load sequence to avoid yard clashing, yard shifting & PM congestion.
· Prepare the outbound BAPLIE file from express to be handover to chief officer on arrival with printout of vessel load summary, load plan, scan plan, OOG list, REEFER list, ODD list, IMDG list & crane work list.
· If necessary, revise the load plan to comply with chief officers requirements.
· Send the vessels approved BAPLIE file to VOA/Central planner and acknowledgement receipt kept for future reference.
· Update the remarks for ODD & REEFER motors side etc (or if any) in the work crane list and freeze the load plan for vessel loading.
· Ensure that dispatcher had given print out of load stow plan, scan plan, load sequence list, work list and handover to wharf supervisor to distribute among deck/wharf checkers.
· Monitor the vessel loading & discharge. If any clashes or constrains then to take corrective actions.
I can work independently as well as in a team and able to work in Shift Environment
