• Working on machines like Hot Foil Stamping machines, Tube packers, Tube cappers, Tube labeling, Labeling machines, Special purpose pick & place systems.
• Identifying the gaps and bottlenecks in the working procedures and application of the solutions is one of the key responsibilities, successfully implemented a system for stores to ease the daily routine works.
• In an nutshell, managing the complete project lifecycle in all the project stages like Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control & Closure.

• Successfully developed and implemented special customized automation solutions to pharmaceutical industry such as;
• Robotic Syringe nesting machine. (200 PPM)

It is a combination of specially developed Conveyor systems coupled with customized Servo & pneumatic based P&P mechanisms, Robots & Vision systems for handling the syringes after the syringe washing machine. The entire system hence handles the syringes inspects the syringes for ml inscriptions , ovality, syringe needle bonding and straightness. The robots coupled with the system P&P the syringes into the matrix nest of various sizes. The machine currently handles 22 SKU.

• Robotic Syringe nest Inspection and Tub sealing machine

This machine consist of Robots, OCR, Inspection smart camera, Servo based P&P systems, Servo based conveyors.

This machine is integrated with the syringe nesting machine. Once the syringe nesting machine is ready with the Syringe matrix, the robot P&P the nest into the inspection system to ensure all the syringes are present in the nest and all the needle caps are present on the syringes using Banner vision camera.

This nest hence is placed inside a Syringe Tub, which is hence sealed with the tyvek papers again P&P by 2nd robot. Once the robot is sealed it passes through a Videojet inkjet printer for product details and batch details hence it passes through and OCR to inspect correct details are being printed.

• Tub Bagging & sealing Machine.

This is integrated with the Syringe nest inspection & Tub sealing machine. It packs the Tub inside the Special pharma bags vaccumised before sealing. The sealed bagged Tub is re inserted into 2nd bag, therefore ensuring double bagging. The machine is equipped with Servo based mechanisms.

• Tablet Counting and tube filling machine with robotic P&P.
• Cake Wrapping
• Automatic sortation system.
• Bottle capping: Servo based torquing
• Glass tube cutting machine.
• Also worked with Staubli TX 60,TX 90 Six axis robots, Epson RC 70 Scara robots, Staubli Scara robots, Smart cameras from Banner, Sensopart, Cognex, Keyence etc.

• Developed a Six Axis robot prototype.
• Developed a VBA excel based software for kinematics of the robot.
• Developed the control system using Arduino microcontroller and excella & leadshine Stepper motors & drives

• Developed an excel VBA based Cold room refrigeration estimator and design of cold room equipments

• RCA of the breakdown in hydraulic based Oil Seal assembly machine in reduction gear cover of Vespa & Aprilla Engines.
