• Complete accounting of Fixed Assets- creation of Assets from acquisition forms(CAPEX), retirements, sales and transfers of Assets, payment processing, accounting in SAP.
• Tagging of Assets and Complete Data Compilation and Management.
• Monthly addition and deletion of Assets report to Management.
• Preparation and Maintenance of FAR as per statute including Depreciation Calculation.

Payroll and Taxation:

• Solely responsible for employee taxation – from proposed investments to year end actual investment declaration forms, updation of data in SAP.
• Monthly payroll processing including entire data validation in coordination with HR department.
• Preparation and Validation of Perk data.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual data for TDS returns and Form-16.

Accounting and Audit:

• Daily basis Accounting of Expenses in SAP (MIRO, FV50, FV60)
• Business Associates Management
• Testing of new developments in SAP FI
• Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal Auditors.

Primary Assignment:

• Compilation of Fixed Assets Register from Incorporation of client organization (12 years).
• Tagging of Fixed Assets.
• Presentation of Fixed Assets Report and Register to client.

Other Assignment:

• Scrap Audit of Telecom Tower's company.
• Stock Audit of Pharmaceutical company.

Audit Assignments:

• Audit of Sales and Inventory Function for Manufacturing organization, Pharma companies, Cellular companies.
• Audit of Accounts and Finance Function for Export company.
• Tax Audits of Medium level organization.

Accounting Assignments:

• Preparation of Financial Statement for various companies including Export Company.
• Ageing Reports, MIS Reports.
• Preparation of Detailed Custom Documents for Claiming Duty Drawback.
• Bank Statement Reconciliation.
• GST related Accounting
