• Operation of reciprocating screw type and centrifugal compressor. All microprocessor-based systems, water-cooled systems.
• Pressure testing, evacuating, and refrigerant charging for the package chiller.
• All types of air conditioning erection and commissioning.
• Proper coordination with other departments for the continuous workflow.
• Network with clients, consultants, and contractors to ascertain technical specifications, project-related essentials, based on the prevalent rules.
• Maintain a good relationship with statutory authorities for availing mandatory sections.

• Maintain environmental conditions by installing and maintaining both heating and cooling systems.
• Test, diagnose, and repair problems in the system, and propose relevant solutions.
• Install electric and pneumatic control systems.
• Manage the installation of ducts for ventilation purposes.
• Ensure the proper running order of all systems.
• Replace and rebuild faulty components.
• Assisted the central plant AC technician in installing and managing cooling and heating systems.
• Assisted in engineering design services for ducts and other systems as appropriate.
• Monitored duct pressures and external air pressures on a regular basis.
• Managed paperwork associated with the central plant procedure.
• Knowledge of chiller pump, condenser pump, cooling tower, chiller desk clean, condenser desk clean.
