Dashboard and SVG Mapping Data Analysis and Enhancement: Made Monitoring Dashboards better by making sure they offered thorough insights into important indicators and system performance.
Updated SVG mapping for the Leap platform, improving data visualization to improve user decision making on those data
Monitored BOT workflows across various VDI environments, conducting thorough testing to identify potential issues.
Implemented debugging procedures and promptly reported identified issues to the relevant teams, ensuring swift resolution.
Debugging techniques were put into practise, and errors were quickly communicated to the appropriate teams so that a speedy resolution could be achieved
