Project Overview:
This project focused on end-to-end validation of Cisco’s Oracle ERP-integrated finance system, specifically its subscription billing and Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) flows. The platform handled recurring, usage-based, and tiered billing logic, as well as e-invoicing localization across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Led QA ownership across subscription and finance modules spanning multiple releases.
• Validated complex subscription flows, including:
  Recurring billing and renewal cycles
  Mid-cycle upgrades, downgrades, and proration
  Usage-based metered billing
  Tiered and volume-based pricing models
• E-invoicing validation for global markets:
  Mexico, China, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, France, and Malaysia — covering tax rule mapping, invoice layouts, and regulatory validations.
• Actively involved in BR100 configuration preparation, including:
  Transaction types creation and validations
  Source setup for auto invoice imports
  Document sequence configuration for country-specific compliance
