- In the absence of the team leader, oversee the entire European region team as the process lead.
- Working as an order management processor, handling around 10 EAME countries, and in addition, I'm handling the Russian market.
- Responsible for processing the purchase and sales orders, and solving issues related to delivery and stock scarcity.
- PO and SO orders are placed by customers, which in turn are created as OB deliveries.
- Validate and cleanse the purchase and sales orders placed by customers in SAP.
- Monitoring and expediting the flow of goods into the warehouse precisely.
- Validate and issue country-based documents, such as letters of credit, bills of lading, certificates of quality, certificates of analysis, etc.
- Coordinating with planners, site logistics, and 4PL via email and phone for air freight, sea freight, and road transport requests.
- Preparing reports to maintain stock details, which is necessary for sales and product managers to plan for stock sales.
- Create invoice and other shipping documents required for import purposes at the customer level.
- Ensure stability of the process from the purchase order phase until the delivery of goods.
- Posting GR, GI, GI reversal, and material transfer for redeployment orders as a key user.
