The first two branches nearly generated a 100 crore business. Arakandanallur fully asset management branch, where I worked as a manager for 3 1/2 years, had businesses like rice mills and trade-related activities. There was a lot of business development, especially in branch profitability, nearly 5 CR per year. And secondly, Nagapattinam, since 2017 to 2023, has been a fully deposit-oriented branch where business development is 80 Cr to 110 Cr. During the LVB moratorium period, there was a decline of 50 Cr, and at the time of the DBS takeover, all deposits were recalled up to 90 Cr. During Nagapattinam, we collected especially college deposits and NPA recovery of around 1.3 Cr.
After, in Sikkal, there has also been a boom at a limited level since this rural-based branch.
