  • Alarm monitoring, RCM systems to escalate the reefer alarms with the local repair parties across the globe which are not attended within the threshold time.
  • Set Point discrepancy always a grey area where process cargo will get lost due to human errors. Monitoring the deviation between booked temperature and the actual set temperature on Reefer unit.
  • Collaboration and technical support: In case of any malfunction report arises in location (terminal / vessel) providing technical assistance on repairing the units and expected to connect with ship captain and providing solutions with reefer technicians involved.
  • Application Support on scheduled assistance for user linkage problems and provide continuous support on application development.
