I have taken up streamlining the work order management for CWRs so that the payment processing goes without hiccups. We had 50+K timesheet hours not reconciled by the end of the month during Q2 which has come down to < 10K. Sasi has worked with the Ctrack SMEs, SS team, Finance team and IT team to set up a process to identify, track and solve the unapproved work orders. We are confident this learning will help us with the further implementations of IQN.
