  • An RPA UiPath production support team should maintain up-to-date documentation of the RPA processes in Confluence, including PDD (Process Design Document and SDD (Solution Design Document), technical specifications, Process user manuals, Handover Documents, UAT and Production Sing-off Documents and troubleshooting guides.

Process Name: SSL Certificate Automation Bot

Description : This project aims to automate the process of managing internal security certificate requests raised by the user. The user raises a request using service now catalogue by attaching a CSR. The bot picks the request from service now and validates the CSR using a web portal by submitting it over the portal then bot connects to CA server via RDP and opens the CA application and issues the certificate and then bot download the certificate file from the web portal and bot also emails the certificate to end user and the end user applies the file to the required application and if is successfully applied then the end user closes the ticket.

Process Name: GT Access Management Automation Bot

Description : This project aims to automate the process of providing access to users by generating their credentials for requested applications. The user logs the ticket in service now application. The Uipath robots reads all the tickets assigned to user group and loads it to uipath Queue and then provides the access to user by following some business steps in Mainframe application and send the credentials to the user over email and close the service now ticket.

Process Name: Claims Validation Automation Bot

Description : This project aims to automate the process of validating the claim requests. The bot loads the input data from excel file stored at shared drive into the Uipath Queue and open the web-based application to locate the policy and does all the business validation for the policy. Once all the validations are completed the bot add the notes with all the validation remarks on the policy and sends the policy for further processing by generation business activities.
