  • Pick & segregation Rate Improvement- Actively participated in a team project to reduce idle time during the PICK process and improved the PATH MERGE from floor to floor, increasing pick productivity. Led pick rate improvement projects, resulting in an increase from 70 to 110 pick rates in one year (57% growth).
  • Rebin Station Quality Improvement- Improved the quality of rebin stations by removing keyboards to prevent rebinners from copying X00 labels.
