Current Working Profile: Senior Manager Warehouse And Logistics (Managing the warehouse and logistics all over the India. We handle Export, Modern trade local distributor dispatch and Government canteen. And also maintaining Reverse logistic , inventory control and manpower planning , transport planning • along with annual freights negotiates with Transporters.

Current Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling pan india dispatches through central warehouse and also dispatches export ..

2. Handle (approx 2500 articles

3. Handling 160 SS/DB in General trade and also handle Export, CPC,CSD, Modern trade ,E-Commerce, Railways, Institutional, contract manufacturing ( third party ) also handle Bikanervala outlets dispatches .

4. Warehouse space planning for optimum utilization & minimize the process loss.

5. Responsible for minimize the warehouse damages, near expiry and expiry.

6. Improve and co-ordinate with outbound, inbound & transport team for smooth DC operation with accuracy according to company SOP.

7. Ensuring statutory compliance of warehouse.

8. Ensuring 100% SOP implementation in warehouse.

9. Warehouse costing part in terms of minimizes the operating, manpower and logistics cost.

10. Reduce and minimum FG Return stock in warehouse from outlets.(Coordination with sales and production team)

11. Ensured to achieve budgeted Freights cost and CFA cost.

12. Planning of festival like extra warehouse , extra logistics and manpower .

2. Handle dispatches of customers through 6 CFA ( Ludhiana,Delhi ,jaipur , lucknow ,Kolkata and cuttuck )
