* Responsible for Local Business of HL & Lap Individual Business and Collection.

* Responsible for (Housing Loan & Lap) Collection B1, B2 Account Following like Life Insurance, General Insurance.

* Ensuring timely disposal of the credit proposals/other Credit references in accordance with TAT norms prescribed.

* Following up and maintain level at Churning, FPD and DPD accounts attached to the Area.

* Guiding the Team members for conducting activities, lead generation, sourcing proposals as per policy.

Roles & Responsibility :-

* Asset products; Retail agri & Small Agri Business (Working Capital) Loan (Sales and Collection).

* Farmers SB & CA Account opening, Gold Loan with Quality customer service.

* Achievement of MTD&YTD Targets.

* Meet productivity norms defined through support of channels and own efforts.

* Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.

* Generate leads for Pos & Merchant Machine products same to the branch for follow up.

* Cross selling Asset products

* Maintenance of daily sales report.

* Cross selling TPP products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Two Wheeler Loan, Car Loan, Merchant Machine and Commercial vehicle.

* Conversion of leads provided by the branch staff along with open market sourcing.
