APBACS Shipping Manifesting This project aims to increase the efficiency and accuracy of the Manifesting process by allowing the operator to use an RF scanner to build a Trip in OPM by scanning pallet labels.

WITS Brazil Phase I Inventory Management The Sumare plant has a secondary inventory system to address the warehouse location (cubicles) management. The system is called WAS (Warehouse Automation System), and the goal is to have WITS replace this system. This Phase includes WITS Inventory Management, which includes the following modules: RF Menu, Inventory Inquiry, WITS Serial Number Creation, WITS Adjust, WITS Split, WITS Move, WITS Merge, WITS Palletize/De-Palletize and WITS Location Maintenance. Project done using Pro C, WITS BATCH CLOSE Begin Fill and End Fill A new process on the WITS handhelds is needed for the Batch Close function for Cycle Time in Tandem. In WITS, we will have two new applications. One Application will allow the user to signal that the Batch has been started. The other will signal that the batch is complete., WITS PI (WITS Physical Inventory) To have an accurate inventory count, at physical inventory time. This Allows users to collect the count information by scanning all inventory in WITS, and ability to fix any incorrect inventory as they scan for the count. A count will be set up, specifying what type of tickets are needed, when the snapshot will run, etc. Blank tickets will be generated. The counting process will take place in WITS. There is a C-programming piece, Web piece, and Tandem piece to this project. Pro C Programming part, includes the database handling and gems API calls.
