. Acts as prime interface with customers, establishing professional relationships to ensure that the project technical requirements and solutions are fully defined delivered within agreed schedule and budget.

· Preparing Project M a n a g e m e n t / Execution Plan & planning and attending KOM for kick starting of the projects
· Preparing project schedule & tracking the progress according to schedule.
· Preparing risk management plan & Risk r e g i s t e r with priorities, severities & risk management plan
· Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly reviews of Project progress with Client/Consultant/Contractor
. Responsible for adherence to HSE Policy & Guidelines within the Engg. Group.
· Material reconciliation with Client/consultant & Sub vendors.
. Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan, ensures effective change control and identifies risks / opportunities.
· Finalizing bought-out packages in coordination with purchase groups.
. Ensures that work assignments and sub-contracted work are executed to appropriate technical requirements, standards and quality systems (Implementation, Testing and Documentation)
· Periodic review of Opportunities to get add on/change orders for out of scope works
. Provide day-to-day consultation, leadership and direction to all engineering,procurement,sales group etc.
· Keeping Query List, Change Logs to build-up the case for amendment if required.
· Active participation in Monthly operation review meeting with business unit head.
· Periodic review of project specific skill matrix requirements with engineering and recommending/arranging trainings to resources
· Review of all contract documents such as Tender documents,P.O., TQ/CQ, Pre-bid documents etc..
· Support to project team for preparation of project specific Kaizen
· Meet with business stakeholders on a regular basis to provide customer feedback and recommendations to better the customer experience as well as internal process improvement
· Rewards & recognitions to the project team for timely milestone closure and achievements.
· Review of Lesson Learnt (Root Cause Analysis) for the Deliverables.
