Technical Support Engineer
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalated issues as required.
- Log all incidents and service requests in dedicated service desk system.
- Configuration and support of desktop, laptop and peripheral equipment including mobile devices as required.
- Supported user base of 300+ employees both local and in remote locations in US nationwide including remote offices located in Australia, UK, Poland, and India.
- Provide support for active directory – reset password, lock/unlock user account.
- Resolving basic network issues related to port, network driver, tcp/ip.
- Troubleshooting user profile and windows login issues with domain.
