• Working closely with the AVP, managers, and ensuring BAU deliverables are met as per expectations.
• Reviewing pricing agreements with the vendors on a periodic basis.
• Define and maintain the KPI of all the internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare/Maintain SLA for all the existing/new clients.
• Reviewing and reporting on production and quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring and coordinating with initiatives and the development team to deploy new process development programs.
• Liaising with the BCP team for disaster recovery plans for different outsourced systems, and BCP site testing.

Project Management Scope:

- Operational readiness coordination across all locations.

- TOM definition for the new structure.

- Product design contributions, and KPI and SLA creations.

• Resolving cash and position reconciliation outages.
• Reporting morning cash of funds to IA.
• Records accurately and in accordance with the department policies and procedures, such accounting records as securities positions and corporate actions.
• Reconcile various accounts or reviewing reconciliations prepared by others and promptly researching and correcting any variances.
• Preliminary Justification of Income and expense.
• Identify exceptions and problems affecting account records and prices, communicating same to management and assisting in their resolution.
• Reviewing NAV before releasing.
• Coordinating training initiatives & developing process manuals or standard operations procedures (SOPs) for fund accounting operation.
• Liaising with the IT Team for disaster Recovery plans for different outsourced systems and BCP site testing.
• Preparing and maintaining MIS reports of the team.
• Preparing and maintaining reports for RCSA grids, IQMS, and CMMI audits.

• Resolving accounts with credit balance.
• Analyzing the accounts for re-billing/filing.
• Giving feedback and error reports to the corresponding Associates.

• Update all Investor requests in Systems after proper Scrutiny.
• Giving purchase, switch and redemption controls for posting.
• Preparing reports to Bill junction (ECS).
• Handling all Investor Queries.
