Summary

An average studying guy, completed my schooling both senior secondary and higher secondary. I learned everything through live experience. I joined my first job 2008 after completing my schooling, as a sale guy to sell artwork and graphic designing to overseas customers. I got a opportunity to learn the importance of sales and marketing role in driving the business.


In 2009 I joined Sutherland Global as a email assistant. My job is to reply to the customers who purchased in Amazon.com market place. I gained knowledge on sending emails professionally, how to start and how to end etc. I was trained to check stock availability, brand information, technical specifications of the products.


In 2011 January, I joined Mahindra Holidays as a Holiday Advisor. Mahindra Holidays is a leading time share companies in India. I was handling inbound calls and assist the members on rooms availability, locations and accommodations. It's was a complete new experience, interacting with different people from business people to individual professionals. I learned geographical locations here and how people spend wild on vacatto release the stress. I was also trained here on handling escalations and solve the problems of the members. I had an opportunity to explore more verticals like Reservations, Email Support, Corporate Reservations, Quality, detractors analyst within the 4 years.


After I quit , I started my own venture to give a try with the knowledge gained so for but unfortunately couldn't succeed and winded everything by 2019 August.


September 2019, I joined Tech Mahindra as a technical support executive for Telstra Process. A leading telecom in Australia. My job here is to answer the inbound calls,diagnose the network related issue, solve them using the tool NATAMA. Fix an technician appointment to customer's address if needed. I learned basic on how internet works and types of connections like FTTP, FTTN, FTTB, DSL, WAN, LAN etc. Unfortunately, due to Covid couldn't continue the job after 2020 and was forced to quit.


After a long break, in August 2022 joined Allset Business Solutions as AM -Ops for Sterling Holidays another leading time share company in India. I am currently working here and handling 3 team leaders and 33 executives. My KRA is to ensure maximize subscription collections from the existing members, upgrade the members to higher category and new sales.
