HR OPERATIONS: Framing, Implementing and reviewing HR Policies & Procedures Manpower Planning & Conducting periodical manpower inventory and audit Conducting Job Analysis & Preparing Job Description in Co-ordination with HOD's.
- Recruitment of skilled & unskilled category of employees Coordinate with Educational Institutions for Campus Recruitment & manpower Consultants for lateral hires Conducting Interviews & Negotiating on employee compensation at all levels.
- Complete joining formalities – right from issue of offer letter to joining Maintain Attendance register for both Workers & Management staff
- Maintain Leave records for all employees
- Periodically update personnel records
- Advise Payroll for both Management & Union Staff on a monthly basis to accounts department for payment
- Calculate overtime wages for Union staff on monthly basis and advise to accounts for release of payment Handling employee queries on various policies & process pertaining to HR
- Generating UAN nos, monthly challans for PF, ESI & Gratuity payments for the employees
- Employee Welfare – Uniforms, periodical Health Check-ups Employee Safety Viz., PPE, First-Aid Centre etc., Contract labour Management INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS: Employee grievance handling Periodically counsel employees on various daily issues and whenever there is shortfall in productivity along with HOD
- Participate in negotiation with unions for implementing various welfare measures
- Witnessed two 12(3) wage settlement & participated in various 18(1) settlements under ID Act
- Conducting disciplinary actions on default employees as per Model Standing Orders of Organization
- TRAINING MANAGEMENT: Designing Induction programme for new employees as per organization requirement.
- Co-ordinations with HOD's to provide Skill / Competency Mapping for employees
- Designing Training Calendar of Organization & Co-ordinating in T and D activities along with HOD's (Training Needs, Planner, Feedback & Effectiveness) Monitoring the Training Planner on monthly basis
- Coordinate with external agencies for conducting various training and identifying internal resources for conducting in house training.
- Maintaining HR Documentation for ISO 14001 / IATF 16949.
- ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
HEAD for E&T (Education & Training) Pillar and Facilitator for JH (Jishu– Hozen) Pillar in TPM Activity and Active Member of Cross Functional Team (CFT)
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Joined as Management Trainee in April 2009 and elevated to Senior Assistant (HR) in April 2010 and subsequently Executive (HR) in 2011.
