1) Close relationship with Internal Sourcing team to get the Authorized Service Provider list.
2) Based on the Sourcing ASP list – I will contact the ASP / Vendor Management Top level People & get their team availability according to the Project Scope.
3) Once I received the all the teams’ details from ASP / Vendor End – I will Cross Check the First level Eligibility like team experience & their Farm ID Validity date.
4) Once First Level Eligibility completed – Immediately I will transfer the final list to QA (Quality Audit Team) for provide training for all Selected Teams.
5) I will be arranging required details as per the QA format from ASP / Vendor.
6) I will be arranging the classroom training as well as onsite Training to ASP / Vendor.
7) I will be arranging the Tools Verification done by QA team from ASP / Vendor.
8) I will be arranging Ericsson Passport from QA once all training & Tools Verification completed.
9) My Primary Task in ASP Management mentioned below
a) Find Out the teams from ASP / Vendor.
b) Organizing the teams for training.
c) Arranging Ericsson Work Permit / Work Passport.
d) Once Project Start – On Time Team reaching @ site.
e) Always Maintaining FTR – ensuring that any procedure is performed in the right manner the first time and every time is referred to as 'First Time Right' (FTR)
f) Arranging fortnight meeting with ASP Management & IM.
g) Arranging the WCC from ASP / Vendor & Submitting the WCC to IM for GRN Process.
